Ring in the new year (a few weeks late) with festive Holborne dances and other rousing and cheery pieces of the Renaissance and Baroque. In addition to Holborne’s “The New-Yeeres Gift”, we will experience some fireworks from Handel’s famous suite and play a setting of a popular Renaissance tune originally featured in a Medici wedding of 1589. The Zoom link will be live beginning at 1:30 pm Eastern (12:30 pm Central, 11:30 am Mountain, 10:30 am Pacific).
